In The Know has been America's favorite custom plaque maker since 1997
Like most start-ups we began our operation with a single vision, to make the best plaques in America. With time our vision grew to include other products associated with publication articles and lists.
Today In The Know, Inc. is run by a dedicated team of graphic designers, administrators, research and sales people. We are located in the city of Ann Arbor, Michigan about 40 miles west of Detroit.
In The Know, Inc. is an independent company unaffiliated with any publication.
In the Know, Inc.’s Fulfillment Policy:
1) Once we receive your order our customer service team will be in contact with proof and receipt details.
2) Cancellation requests received within 24 hours will be refunded in full.
3) Most orders are ship within 7-10 days but variables may take a little longer.
